Noble Blood Donation Camp organized by Nuns' Welfare Foundation of Nepal

On 20th and 21st March 2010, Nuns' Welfare Foundation of Nepal with a kind help of Nepal Red Cross Society organized a Blood Donation Camp for two days around Boudhanath Stupa from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The main objectives of this noble camp was to make a positive contribution to the Society by donating blood.

On first day the noble blood dontion camp was at Shechen Monastery, Boudhanath.  It was only for the monks and nuns.  On the second day it was held at Boudha Ghang Ghuti for the public.  There was 30 doners on the first day and 30 doners on the second day.  Well known singer and a social worker, Ani Choying Drolma was there to donate blood but due to her low pressure, he couldn't donate .   Chaudhary Group provided 300 Rio Juice for the doners.  Rio and water was distributed to all the doners on the first day and second day.  This camp was organized by four nuns from Nuns' Welfare Foundation namely; Ani Thupten Choynit, Ani Kunchok Paldon, Ani Jamyang Palmo and Ani Choying Sangmo.
