On 06th of January, small programme was held at Arya Tara School to distribute the result of second term examination. DIGP Parvati Thapa was the Chief Guest. Certificates and gifts were presented to the first, second, and third postion holders in each class. The award for the most outstanding student of the year, 2009 was presented to Ani Kungsang Choden and Ani Jamyang Chetso was the school topper, for securing 99.7% in her second terminal exam. It was an extremly happy and joyfull day for all the students of Arya Tara School.

Ani Tenzin Dhadon, Ani Choying Wangmo and Ani Yeo Palmo plays the instrument "Sarangi" on Phoolkho Aaankhama. Chief Guest DIGP Parvati Thapa gave an essential speech on "Women". Vote of thanks given by Founder, Ani Choying Drolma.
